Eligibility for Return & Exchange
At Shumails, we offer returns or exchanges only in case of a wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect. Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order.
Conditions for Return
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Used, damaged by customer, or altered items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Process
If your request is approved, we will either replace the item or offer an exchange of equal value. In some cases, we may offer store credit depending on availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, jewellery items that are worn or used cannot be returned unless there is a defect or wrong item delivery.
